Senior Circle plans tour of Italy
 
 SENIOR CIRCLE PLANS TOUR OF ITALY

The South Texas Regional Chapter of Senior Circle will travel to Europe for the first time ever via Italy!  Come be a part of this magnificent journey to a land rich in history, culture, and romance.  Our journey begins in Rome with visits to the Vatican Museum, St. Peter’s Basilica, Piazza Venezia and the famous Trevi Fountain to name a few.  We will also visit the cities of Venice, Assisi, San Marino, Como, Milan, Florence, San Gimignano, Siena and Perugia. 

 The 9 Night / 10 Day Reflections of Italy tour departs March 24, 2009.  Highlights of the tour include a visit to the world-famous Academy Gallery to see Michelangelo’s incredible Statue of David, the Tuscan countryside with access to the vineyards and olive plantations, dine on exquisite cuisine and enjoy fine Italian wines while making your way through this breathtaking land.      

 The rate for double occupancy is $3,399 per person which includes round trip air from San Antonio, cancellation waiver and insurance, transfers, air taxes and fees, sightseeing fees and 13 meals.  The slideshow presentation and sign-up will be Thursday, August 21, 2008 at 6 p.m. in the Senior Circle Center at 1320 W.
