(Pleasanton, TX)—Dr. Dana Krampetz, D.C., addressed a packed room at June's Healthy Woman Seminar held on Thursday, June 26th in Pleasanton. Her platform was the promotion of nutritional education and preventative medicine, which proved to be a captivating topic for her guests.

Within her hour long presentation, Dr. Krampetz explained the changing nutritional content found in our fruits and vegetables due to current harvesting techniques and the depletion of soil that affects the agricultural process. She further elaborated as to how these changes have drastically reduced the nutritional value that one can derive from the consumption of the foods.

Therefore, it stands to reason that as consumers, we too can benefit by adapting our consumer choices when making fruit and vegetable purchases to maximize the nutritional value derived from each serving.

Dr. Krampetz also relayed information about the body's digestive system. She explained that toxins can negatively slow and hinder one's natural detoxification process. This hindrance leads to a host of illnesses and symptoms from fatigue, to weight gain, digestive problems and more.

For more information about this topic, please contact the office of Dr. Dana Krampetz by calling 830-569-4333, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. On Tuesdays and Friday, the hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. The office address is 1342 West Goodwin, Pleasanton, Tx 78064.
