Today is the day! If you haven't registered for the event, call today to attend South Texas Regional Medical Center (STRMC)'s free community education seminar on diabetes.

STRMC partnered with Methodist Healthcare to bring an educator to the community, free of charge, so that our citizens may have the opportunity to learn more about the disease.

The seminar will address non-medicinal methods for controlling diabetics such as nutrition, diet and exercise. Diabetics and those who help care for diabetics are encouraged to attend.

The seminar is scheduled today, June 25th at 1 o'clock in the afternoon at the STR Senior Circle Center, 1320 W. Oaklawn. Those wishing to attend may call 830-569-8000 to reserve their seat at the event or email Jacque_stacy@chs.net.
