(Jourdanton, Texas) The staff and administration at South Texas Regional Medical Center (STRMC) welcome the addition of Thomas Vuong, D.O., family physician, to their medical staff. He has opened a primary care clinic located at South Texas Regional Rehabilitation Center in Pleasanton.

Dr. Vuong received his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa. He completed his residency at Mercy Suburban Hospital in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Dr. Vuong is trained and board certified in family medicine.

Dr. Vuong and his wife, Tam, have two daughters, Mary and Sunny. They relocated to South Texas from upstate New York. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and traveling with his family.
